Want to know how it all started?
Many moons ago, my family had the privilege to own one of the island's well known hotels and restaurants, respectively known as Passangrahan and Bellevue. Both businesses were also set on a secluded location with waterfront views.
My mother inherited several Caribbean and local recipes from my grandmother, which she proudly starred in her kitchen.
The love for cooking was quickly passed on and came naturally to me, and from there on started a love affair with a culinary journey that culminated today in the passion for Tabooshh!
